Below are our terms and conditions for hire. Prior to confirming your booking you must sign a Hire Agreement which will be provided once dates have been agreed. Failure to do this will result in your booking being cancelled.
Hire Period
The hire period is 12 days. This is to allow time for delivery and collection either side of your weeks trip abroad:
- You will receive the boat via courier on the Thursday before the trip.
- We will arrange collection of the boat on the Monday after your trip.
Delivery & Collection
- Cost of the delivery and collection is included within the price shown.
- Once availability is confirmed payment will need to be made to secure your dates.
- Delivery will be arrange for either the Thursday Friday before your trip. We will discuss with you which day is best.
- It is your responsibility to accept the delivery. Any missed delivery attempts shall be at the fault of the Hirer and no refund will be due.
- We will send out to you the printed DPD collection paperwork which you will need to include on the outside of the packaging.
- Should a failed collection occur for any reason then an additional weeks hire will be levied to you. It is your responsibility to ensure the boat is successfully collected when the courier arrives.
Deposit
- A deposit of £100 per boat shall be taken at the time of the booking.
- The deposit shall be returned the next day after we have received the boat back. This will be subject to any fees liable for damage or late return.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Products
- Photographs of your products shall be supplied at the time of sending the equipment to you.
- Should there be any damage upon return of the product(s) then the customer is liable to pay for full repair, or replacement if necessary.
- All repairs shall be quoted by the manufacturer of the product including any repairs.
- Quotes for repair shall be sent to the customer for visibility..
- The customer agrees as part of the booking terms and conditions to pay for any damage, loss or stolen products.
- Should any products be lost, stolen or damaged beyond economical repair then the customer shall be liable to pay the cost of replacement.
Booking Terms:
- Deposit of £100 per boat - refundable on return unless the product is damaged, lost or stolen.
- Proof of ID and address in the form of a passport or driving license and a current utility bill
- Signed Hire Agreement
- We will only ship to the UK mainland
